Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

 

In 2012, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) was established by the Obama administration. This program has been a benefit to those children that arrived at a very young age and have established their lives in the United States. In 2021, a Texas judge found the program to be unlawful and prohibited the US government from processing any new applications. Those that have held DACA status are able to renew and continue renewing their DACA status. Our firm will assist those applicants that hold DACA status and are in the renewal process.
